Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead evaluations for Campus Compact programs, developing plans, instruments, and analysis frameworks.
  • Produce evaluation reports and briefs that translate evidence into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Lead KPI development and monitoring for the strategic plan, building dashboards and progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in program evaluation, public policy, or related field with 5+ years of applied experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mixed-methods evaluation, strategic planning, and building organizational capacity.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills with a commitment to equity and learning.

  • This remote, full-time position offers a competitive compensation band of $95,000-$110,000.
