Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert analysis and actionable recommendations to VA management on program effectiveness.
- Plan and conduct organizational studies and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support sprint-based project delivery with workplan development and milestone tracking.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in management analysis or program evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience supporting federal agency clients preferred.
