Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and evaluation of suicide prevention program effectiveness, assessing outcomes, identifying gaps, and developing actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Design and execute program reviews and performance assessments, applying structured methodologies to measure success metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive program reports, briefings, and dashboards that communicate findings to VA leadership and federal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in program analysis, program evaluation, or healthcare program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
  • Prior experience supporting VA, VHA, or other federal health agency programs.
