Role Overview:
- Provide specific CRM-related services to assigned campus partners, including CRM Consulting (project or hours-based), Slate system implementations, or Slate-hosted communications development.
- Be a positive representative of Encoura and our brand, conducting all activities with high professionalism and integrity.
- Engage virtually with Encoura CRM Solutions campus partners using web-calling services like Zoom, with comfort leading conversations while demonstrating concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and work with sensitive and legally protected student data on behalf of Encoura campus partners; maintain knowledge on requirements for handling such data.
- Provide feedback to the VP, CRM Solutions on ways to accelerate the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients by extending offerings.
About You:
- Significant experience in higher education admissions (5-7 years) and at least 3+ years as a campus-based Slate Captain or CRM administrator for another admissions CRM platform.
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling remote calls and respond quickly to campus requests.
- Strong ability to problem-solve process and technical issues and implement solutions timely, with discretion handling sensitive information.
