Job Description
You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline and revenue for ClassDojo’s school and district partnerships. You’ll work closely with the team to translate positioning and messaging into scalable programs that reach and convert education leaders. You’ll thrive here if you love experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and building new growth systems from the ground up.
You will own the B2B demand funnel from awareness to opportunity creation by building integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth in qualified leads and pipeline. Design and optimize multi-channel programs, including paid media, email, webinars, events, partnerships, and content syndication. You will develop and manage the lead nurture strategy, using automation, segmentation, and personalization to increase conversion rates. Build and monitor campaign performance dashboards, tracking MQL → SQL → pipeline conversion, CAC, and ROI across channels. Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure messaging alignment, lead quality, and seamless handoff to sales. Test and scale new growth experiments, identifying high-impact levers across channels and customer segments. Partner with data and ops to improve attribution, forecasting, and funnel visibility. Support go-to-market launches with acquisition strategies that generate awareness and demand within target districts and school systems.
