Job Description
As a UX Designer, you’ll lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences across web and tablet interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product owners, engineers, and healthcare experts to ensure the platform meets real-world needs and delivers a seamless experience. Design user-centric interfaces for core MVP features such as resident dashboards and health summaries. Also includes admissions workflows w/PDF ingestion and OCR, medication administration (eMAR), clinical notes/charting templates, and compliance dashboards. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Conduct user research and usability testing with clinical and administrative stakeholders. Translate complex healthcare workflows into simple, elegant UI patterns. Collaborate with frontend developers using React or Angular to ensure design fidelity. Contribute to future roadmap features like conversational AI interface using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
