Engineering Manager

As an engineering manager, you'll lead software developers who drive quality at the OLX platform by scaling one of the newest distributed systems. You capture requirements, lead technical projects, define the ambitious but balanced scope of those projects, and partner across teams to address technical problems and ensure smooth solution implementation. In our teams, managers have not only the strong expertise to take on and provide technical leadership to major projects, but also to manage a team of engineers. You'll organize and lead the team's projects and personal goals, contribute to product strategy, and help develop the team. You will lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
