Job Description

This role is responsible for receiving and responding to inbound customer inquiries and performing outreach to providers and members. Program support for contract members, and technical and administrative support are essential. It includes support of internal applications and tools. Responsibilities include partnering with team members and program support to meet contract specific service level agreements and successfully performing responsibilities as defined by the assigned contract(s). Customer support may include answering general inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling/rescheduling assessments. The applicant will demonstrate professionalism through written and verbal communication with internal and external customers, using multiple communication methods, as well as listening to concerns, analyzing information, recommending solutions, and confirming customer satisfaction.
