About the Role:
- Lead the small, high-leverage team behind the AI product.
- Combine leadership and technical depth, staying hands-on with production-grade code.
What You'll Do:
- Drive architectural direction for the AI product with emphasis on inference performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Own the AI/ML platform end to end: GPU capacity, model deployment, data pipelines, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Backend teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience including 2+ in technical leadership.
- Proven experience building and operating AI/ML platform or inference infrastructure in production.
- Solid experience with distributed backend systems, Python, and a systems language.
