Forward Deployed Engineer

The Role:

• Sit at the intersection of client, product, and engineering.
• Immerse with clients to understand operational problems and ship working software that solves them fast.
• Bring well-founded understanding of agentic engineering, not just AI coding assistants.

What You'll Do:

• Embed with client teams to observe workflows and diagnose bottlenecks.
• Prototype, integrate, and iterate directly with users, then harden solutions with delivery teams.
• Own the full build-deploy-feedback loop and navigate client infrastructure pragmatically.

What We Expect:

• Strong full-stack or cloud-native engineering experience with a track record of shipping real software.
• Comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders and translating problems into technical solutions.
• Real knowledge of agentic engineering concepts, plus willingness to travel to client sites.
