The Role:
- You write production software and work directly with clients.
- You own technical delivery, from architecture to performance in production.
- You partner with a Deployment Strategist on scope and adoption.
What You'll Do:
- Learn client workflows, systems, and data.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and integrations.
- Explain technical options and tradeoffs directly to clients.
What We Look For:
- 2+ years building production software and supporting it after launch.
- Experience with LLMs, measuring and improving their output.
- Comfort with clients and ownership of delivery.
