Head of User Experience (UX)

As the Head of User Experience (UX) you will lead how customers experience our products end-to-end and amplify design’s impact across the business. This is a key leadership role that will own the UX function across Product Design, UX Research, Content Design, and Visual Design — building the team, setting standards, and driving design’s influence in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market. This role will have the opportunity to shape how we deliver exceptional customer experiences and meaningful business outcomes, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
