About the Team:

  • The Payment Services team covers all banking products enabling members to receive, send, and store funds domestically and internationally.
  • The design team integrates into cross-functional “Speedboats” with Product, Engineering, UX Writing, Data, and Marketing to solve critical member problems.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to define strategic objectives, prioritize the product roadmap, and de-risk initiatives through research.
  • Drive implementation of strategic initiatives, monitor customer impact, and champion design practices to promote member-centric approaches across Tide.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of Product Designers globally, fostering high performance, clear career development, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant UX/Product Design experience, ideally in a scale-up or startup SaaS environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design Thinking and user-centered design activities, with proficiency in Figma, user testing, and data-driven tools like Looker or Heap.
  • Experience leading design reviews, working in agile environments, and managing ambiguity with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
