What You’ll Own:

  • Design strategy and execution for growth-focused product areas, including new user onboarding and first-run experiences, product activation and adoption flows, monetization, upgrade, and retention experiences, and cancellation, downgrade, and save flows.
  • The design vision and roadmap for growth products, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • A team of product designers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers focused on growth and lifecycle experiences.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define strategy, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Translate business goals into clear user experience strategies and scalable design solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in a design leadership role.
  • Proven experience designing B2B2C and/or SaaS products, ideally with complex workflows.
  • Strong background in growth, onboarding, activation, or lifecycle design.
