Design and run growth based experiments across the relevant product surface areas for Payments within Xero, using hypothesis based testing and various methods to validate them. You'll champion the value of design, dive into research and analysis, help define the problems we're solving, and create design frameworks. Working closely with development teams during sprints to ensure design quality and solve issues is also part of the role.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you’ll to expertly communicate the value proposition and optimize the journey, working closely with designers, product, engineering, and marketing to run experiments, optimize conversion flows, and shape the future vision of how Included Health engages members, designing seamless, high-converting experiences.
