Growth Strategy:

  • Define and execute a product strategy to drive acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral.
  • Identify the highest-impact levers and build the roadmap to activate them.
  • Run A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement.

Onboarding:

  • Own the user onboarding journey from app download to completed setup.
  • Continuously improve conversion at every step across mobile, web app, and browser extension.

Referral & Retention:

  • Drive the referral program and lead initiatives to reduce churn.
  • Contribute to monetization initiatives.

AI:

  • Help launch Joko AI (shopping assistant powered by advanced AI and new interaction models).
  • Design the onboarding and activation experience for new and existing users.
