Growth Strategy:
- Define and execute a product strategy to drive acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral.
- Identify the highest-impact levers and build the roadmap to activate them.
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement.
Onboarding:
- Own the user onboarding journey from app download to completed setup.
- Continuously improve conversion at every step across mobile, web app, and browser extension.
Referral & Retention:
- Drive the referral program and lead initiatives to reduce churn.
- Contribute to monetization initiatives.
AI:
- Help launch Joko AI (shopping assistant powered by advanced AI and new interaction models).
- Design the onboarding and activation experience for new and existing users.
