Localization Project Manager

Main Purpose:

• The Project Manager assists in planning, executing, tracking, and closing client projects, engaging global teams to fulfill requirements based on pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, and Global Teamwork.
• The role involves building relationships across project teams and thriving in a dynamic environment with flexibility and energy.

Main Tasks:

• Own localization project management activities, including planning, scoping, and resource allocation for quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate delivery with internal and external teams, monitor timelines, manage budgets, and resolve project issues with corrective actions.
• Report to stakeholders on scope, financials, and progress, while ensuring accurate finance systems and process documentation.

Measures of Success and Skills:

• Success is measured by core KPIs such as on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue throughput.
• Relevant skills include a keen interest in localization technology, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
