As a Junior Helpdesk & InfoSec Support Specialist, you'll keep clearer.io's team productive and secure by providing responsive IT support and maintaining critical security processes. Working closely with the Technical Operations Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience with IT operations, information security, and compliance in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–2 years of experience) who wants to build a strong technical foundation while learning directly from senior leadership. You will work remotely from Vietnam and handle day-to-day support requests, track security and compliance tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks - all while developing skills that will accelerate your career in IT operations. You will provide first-line IT support for internal team members via Slack, email, or ticketing system, including troubleshooting common issues with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and basic macOS/Windows laptop problems.
The standard working hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. However, flexibility may be required to work within a 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM window to support collaboration with our globally distributed team, while maintaining a standard 8-hour workday.
