Scrum Master/Project Manager

This role will serve as both the Scrum Master for product and website engineering teams and as the primary project manager for non-technical initiatives across the organization. You’ll facilitate fast, focused delivery in agile environments and drive alignment and execution in more traditional operational tracks. You'll work daily in ClickUp and Slack to keep plans on track, blockers unblocked, and everyone moving forward. Responsibilities include running daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for website and product teams. You will also own backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp, monitoring sprint velocity and timelines, identifying and resolving blockers in real time. A vital part of the role is serving as the liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion.
