About the Role:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Field Service solutions for electric, gas, and water utility organizations.
- Partner with utility business leaders, operations teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver integrated Oracle solutions that improve workforce efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery workshops and define requirements for scheduling, routing, workforce utilization, and mobile workforce enablement.
- Design solution architectures that integrate Oracle Field Service with CC&B, C2M, MDM, WAM, and Outage Management solutions.
- Provide leadership during solution design reviews, testing, and production deployments, and support business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of Oracle Field Service experience with multiple utility implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, and REST/SOAP APIs.
