Job Description

Software and telephone remote assistance for technical developments affecting antenna (2G/4G/5G) stations ordered by Deutsche Telekom. Administration of incoming calls and changes related to this. Telephone contact with the contractor on site. Supporting the exchange of information between the technician and professional groups performing the on-site work. Requires active, full-time student status, German language skills (min. B2), English language skills (min. B1), minimum 20 hours of work per week (flexible), precise approach, team player attitude, stress and monotony tolerance. Remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
