Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and chat requests from potential clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Conduct initial client screenings to determine case eligibility for auto accidents, slip & fall, and premises liability.
  • Accurately gather and document detailed case information into the firm’s CRM/case management system.

Client Communication and Coordination:

  • Clearly explain the intake process, next steps, and required documentation to clients in a compassionate manner.
  • Schedule consultations and retainers with attorneys or case managers, following up to secure signed agreements.
  • Provide empathetic, professional communication to clients experiencing distress or injury.

Performance and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with attorneys and case staff to ensure smooth case handoff and maintain workflow.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly intake and conversion metrics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical standards of the firm.
