Global Intake Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering inbound calls and acting as both the receptionist and salesperson for the firm.
• Own the process from the initial call through signing, ensuring every lead is maximized for conversion.
• Focus on closing leads during the first call to prevent drop-offs and maximize conversion.

Requirements:

• Previous intake experience in a legal setting, with a preference for criminal defense.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
• Proven track record in consultative sales, particularly with a focus on one-call closes.
