Mortgage Account Manager (West Coast, Remote)

We’re Lendz — a modern mortgage lender with a mission to deliver exceptional white glove service in the non-QM space! We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and customer-obsessed Account Manager to join our high-performing remote team. As the face of Lendz to brokers and internal teams alike, you’ll ensure loans move quickly, questions get answered professionally, and every stakeholder feels supported. You will own the Broker Experience by delivering white glove service from submission through close and build trust by responding accurately and taking initiative to resolve issues. You wil manage active loan pipelines alongside Account Executives and Underwriters and convert conditions within 24 hours. Fully remote role for West Coast candidates, with required hours of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday . Occasional travel to our Fort Lauderdale headquarters may be needed for training.
