Your Role:
- This is an opportunity to join a Fintech startup and become a CORE influencer in the company.
- The FinOp oversees financial and operational compliance to SEC rules, reporting directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise FOCUS reports and monitor net capital levels to ensure compliance.
- Ensure compliance with SEC and FINRA rules, including recordkeeping and customer protection.
- Design internal controls, supervise reconciliations, and coordinate audits.
Who You Are:
- Must have active FINRA Series 27 license and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in self-clearing financial services preferred.
- Excellent data analysis skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
