Embedded Intelligence Analyst - Team Lead

Position Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced intelligence professional to lead a team supporting a global technology company.
• The role oversees intelligence collection, monitoring, analysis, and reporting across the Americas and Europe.
• The successful candidate will shape the intelligence program and build trusted partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small embedded intelligence team, setting daily priorities and ensuring consistent delivery.
• Partner with security stakeholders to define key intelligence requirements and maintain a clear tasking framework.
• Produce and quality-assure concise, actionable intelligence products and verbal briefings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience leading intelligence programs focused on activism, event security, geopolitical risk, and operational security.
• Strong all-source research, OSINT collection, and analytical tradecraft with rapid triage skills.
• Proven ability to design SOPs, workflows, and performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
