Product Manager

What You'll Own:

• API & Platform Development: you'll identify the highest-impact improvements across our API endpoints, schemas, data models, and webhook capabilities, and work with engineering to ship them.
• Developer Experience & Documentation: You'll partner with our product specialist to evolve our documentation, integration guides, onboarding tutorials, and code examples into a developer experience that gets teams to their first successful integration fast.
• Customer Onboarding & Adoption: you'll own the end-to-end onboarding journey for fleets and platform customers.

Who Fits This Role:

• Have shipped platform or API products before and understand what makes integrations succeed or fail in the real world.
• Are execution-oriented. You write clear specs, make decisions without perfect information, and keep things moving.
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and can set your own direction when the roadmap isn't handed to you.
