Lifecycle / Customer Marketing Manager

As the Lifecycle (or Customer) Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our customer marketing initiatives, focusing on optimizing the customer journey from acquisition through retention. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing new customer conversion, driving customer adoption, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value within our customer funnel. You’ll report into our Head of Product Marketing and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Data Analytics. You’ll deliver personalized and impactful experiences that drive business growth. Help develop multi-channel onboarding programs that effectively introduce new users to key product features and benefits, accelerating time-to-value and adoption. Implement automated workflows and trigger-based communications to scale personalized outreach.
