Senior Full Stack Engineer

Zapier is seeking experienced engineers for its Enterprise zone, specifically for the Enterprise Experience and Enterprise Response teams. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll lead responses to critical incidents, work directly with enterprise customers, and collaborate across various teams to solve urgent problems. The Enterprise Experience team focuses on building user flows for enterprise admins, creating features like hierarchical account management and cross-org visibility. This role offers high visibility, the chance to work on impactful features, and a clear growth path, contributing significantly to Zapier’s growth trajectory. You'll need 6+ years of professional experience, strong backend skills (Python, Django, Node.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS), and familiarity with tools like GitLab, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Experience with event-driven systems and AI tooling is a plus.
