Establish UX guidelines, interaction patterns, and a lightweight design system that engineering teams can build against
Own end-to-end design for care team workflows including outreach, intake, scheduling, and care coordination + member-facing touchpoints
Design reporting and data visualization surfaces that give care teams and operational leaders visibility into performance and workflows

Qualifications:

5+ years of product design experience, ideally in workflow-heavy, operational, or healthcare-adjacent domains
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and comfort using AI-enabled design tooling to accelerate workflows
Experience designing internal tools or complex systems, not only consumer or marketing products
