Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national marketing strategy for multi-state growth.
- Own full-funnel performance including paid media, SEO/SEM, PR, TV/radio, influencer, and community outreach.
- Lead and scale a marketing team of 15–25+, hiring and mentoring top talent.
Performance & Analytics:
- Define KPIs for all campaigns: CAC, CPL, cost-per-signed-case, and ROI.
- Build dashboards and reporting cadences for weekly and monthly strategic decisions.
- Leverage data to drive business results and optimize budget allocation.
