Job Description
The Strategic Pricing Director is responsible for the pricing function of the Global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions business. The Director will report to the Senior Director of Pricing Strategy and will work across Commercial Development, Business Operations, Project Management and the Commercial team.
Responsibilities include supporting pricing strategies to drive growth and safeguard profitability. This also includes supporting the development and implementation of financial policies, processes, and tools for global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions pricing.
The Director will partner with sales/business leadership to develop client and service line specific commercial strategies and negotiate pricing and commercial terms for strategic client agreements including being a lead negotiator and having direct client contact. They will collaborate with leadership from operations, sales, finance, and executive management to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and provide input for RFP/RFI commercial related responses, MSA review and negotiation, and individual project discounting.
