Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories.
Prioritize features by assessing their alignment with the broader product strategy and initiatives.
Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management.

Needs:

Shape the product vision and roadmap for the billing platform, ensuring alignment with customer payment preferences and business needs.
Analyze competitors to identify opportunities for system enhancements, and assess the integration potential of new financial technologies.
Actively gather feedback on the billing platform's performance from various stakeholders and effectively communicate product updates.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of billing systems, CRMs, Salesforce, and Stripe.
Working knowledge of cloud services, microservices architecture, and backend systems.
7+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
