The Senior Sales Development Manager - West will be responsible for executing key tactical tasks that ensure consistent communication, promotional planning, foundational sales operations, and data support for the clientβs business across both internal and external stakeholders. This role provides executional backbone support to SDM Leads in the West regions, enabling operational excellence, speed, and accuracy across all facets of the business.
Client-Facing Support includes assisting with national and regional growth strategy execution, supporting communications on pricing, promotions, innovation, and coordinating materials for category reviews. Administrative Support involves managing brand sell sheets, building planner templates, and driving cadence for Distributor/Wholesaler Reporting. Insights Support includes maintaining Wholesaler Scorecards, analyzing priority brands, and building Category Review Shell Decks. Reporting & Data Support includes managing insights requests, tracking sales wins/losses, and analyzing data to support plan creation. Internal Execution & Admin focuses on funneling updates into internal systems, maintaining Salesforce accuracy, and collaborating on custom growth plans.
