Senior Technical Account Manager - Public Sector

Minimum qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent, 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles with cloud/cloud-security products, and experience supporting U.S. Federal Government.
• Experience with government-specific CSP offerings and FedRAMP authorization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), DevOps, and Linux/Windows security.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced CSP certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect Professional) and security certifications (CISSP, CCSP) with experience in complex cloud-security challenges.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to engage stakeholders from technical staff to executives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as trusted technical advisor guiding customers through deployment and operationalization using federal cloud-security best practices.
• Act as primary technical liaison to resolve complex architectural and operational issues in federal cloud environments.
• Develop success plans with measurable goals aligned to organizational security, compliance, and mission objectives.
