Job Description

Technical Engagements:

-Lead pre- and post-sales technical engagements, including solution demonstrations, workflow modeling, and integration planning.

-Design and present tailored demos and presentations that clearly articulate the platform’s value, features, and benefits.

-Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the customer experience.

Technical Expertise:

-Maintain expert-level knowledge of the platform and provide technical guidance on ERP integrations, automation, and payments technology.

-Consult with clients to uncover needs, resolve technical challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.

-Experience in B2B technology applications and familiarity with automation and payments platforms.

Collaboration and Support:

-Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to remove obstacles and support deal closures.

-Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed.

-Continually develop and refine the client demonstration environment and technical processes.
