Full Stack Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong React, Spring, and PostgreSQL skills to join our logistics app team. You'll work closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to quickly iterate on features, improve performance, and build out a secure, scalable platform for real-world military and government users. This role blends hands-on coding with architectural input, and you'll be exposed to everything from UI workflows to backend API logic to deployment automation. You'll build intuitive front-end experiences using React and modern component libraries and write clean and secure back-end services using Java + Spring Boot, with a focus on REST APIs and modular design. Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for fast, reliable performance. Collaborate across design, product, DevSecOps, and field teams to launch features quickly and securely. Participate in rapid prototyping cycles while maintaining production-grade coding standards. Write unit and integration tests to support a test-driven development (TDD) mindset. Troubleshoot bugs, squash performance bottlenecks, and help build towards FedRAMP and IL5 deployment requirements.
