About the Role:

  • Drive technical direction of deployment and upgrade solutions for self-managed environments.
  • Define architecture for cloud-native deployment and upgrade workflows.
  • Mentor engineers and foster engineering excellence across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend systems, automation frameworks, and deployment tooling.
  • Build and improve Kubernetes Operators, Helm charts, and orchestration for stateful applications.
  • Establish best practices for reliability, observability, and resilience.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in production-grade software systems and Go development.
  • Deep Kubernetes knowledge including Operators and controllers.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) and PostgreSQL migrations.
