Software Test Automation Engineer

Role Overview:

• You will design and maintain automated testing solutions across web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• You will strengthen regression coverage and promote early defect detection throughout the software development lifecycle.
• You will explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI-assisted test generation, to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Define test automation architecture, select appropriate tools, and establish testing strategies that support the transition from manual to automated testing.
• Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines and produce actionable quality metrics and automated reports.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to expand regression test coverage, promote shift-left testing, and support DevSecOps practices.

Requirements:

• You have extensive IT experience, strong Java development skills, and a solid background in test automation, software delivery, and application security.
• You have hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, Cucumber JVM or Behave, JUnit, and TestNG.
• You possess strong expertise in Java and OpenJDK versions 11, 17, and 21, including Streams, Collections, and Lambda expressions.
