Technical Program Manager

Groq is seeking a Technical Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive execution for silicon programs. The ideal candidate will assume ownership of silicon schedules for LD, DV, PD, packaging, and foundry. A key responsibility is working with engineers and engineering managers to ensure on-time execution of silicon deliverables with quality. This role involves collaborating and leading cross-functional planning and execution efforts with product, systems, and software teams to deliver a complete product. Additionally, the candidate will support the Head of Silicon with routine administrative tasks, including preparing presentations and hosting meetings.
