Provide exceptional chat support to our clients and their customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, providing technical support, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our clients. Key responsibilities include responding promptly and professionally to customer chats and inquiries. Also provide solutions and technical support to customer issues and monitor and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. You will also maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborate with other team members to improve and optimize customer support processes. Continuously maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.
