What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Lead project planning sessions and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison with vendors, building strong, productive partnerships.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–5 years of project coordination, planning, or implementation experience.
  • Experience in automotive or DMS platforms (CDK) and familiarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, and automation tools.
