About The Role:
- Help create and build out our web testing automations.
- Lead the evolution of our quality assurance strategy.
- Define testing standards and introduce scalable QA processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale automations, ensuring strong coverage across UI, regression, and integration layers.
- Define and implement a comprehensive quality framework.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing QA team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in software QA, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of QA best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
