What you'll do:
- Hire, train, and lead a team of investor service generalists across a broad suite of Treasury and Services activities.
- Handle escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and flag areas of improvement in our processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in investor services.
- 1+ years of people management experience.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
