Job Description
As a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in driving and implementing strategic initiatives to empower our sales and marketing teams and help us grow our business in one of our main Divisions. Working closely with the Global Marketing and Division Directors, you will take ownership of planning and execution of marketing campaigns and sales related initiatives, gathering market insights, and developing relationships that strengthen our brand presence and market penetration in the mentioned markets.
This role involves Market Intelligence through research, fostering Market Growth Strategy Development with sales teams, leading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, planning content tailored to industry-specific campaigns, executing marketing campaigns for Lead Generation, and developing and following up on new leads. It also requires tracking performance, managing partnerships, and developing collaborative programs.
The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Enablement or Business Development; international experience, strong leadership, communication, collaboration skills, and adaptability are also important. The ideal candidate is passionate about growth and is proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools.
