Program Manager

This position is located at Hill AFB, UT and will be a remote position. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. The Lead Program Manager (LPM) serves as the overall contract and performance authority for the initiative. Champion continuous improvement in program management practices, leveraging best practices and fostering a culture of learning and adaptation. Responsible for program execution, stakeholder engagement, cost/schedule/performance (C/S/P) tracking, and risk management across all software procurement and license management functions.
