PR Manager

Media Relations & Storytelling:

• Pitch and secure placements across consumer health, tech, culture, and lifestyle media, leveraging and building reporter relationships.
• Develop targeted pitches, press releases, and talking points that convey hope and healing, while managing media inquiries and spokesperson preparation.

Campaign and Research Execution:

• Support research-driven media campaigns by drafting press materials and managing media lists with tools like Muck Rack.
• Monitor and analyze PR results quarterly to show how media reach advances brand awareness and identifies new opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Marketing, Clinical, and People teams to ensure consistent, on-brand use of PR assets and messaging.
• Support internal communications for major campaigns and ensure all external communications balance clinical authority with warmth and empathy.
