About the Role:
- Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content that supports adoption and mastery.
- Use AI tools and workflows to draft, validate, and keep content current, applying human judgment to all AI output.
- Collaborate with engineers and PMs to produce clear, accurate content for a range of products and audiences.
Requirements:
- Experience writing enterprise or developer-facing software documentation, with a portfolio showing technical depth.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and docs-as-code: Git, GitHub, Markdown, and common IDEs.
- Ability to set up, run, and troubleshoot software to verify what you write.
