Key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning & localization of the annual IPBS marketing roadmap.
- Run deep-dive market intelligence and localize creative, messaging, landing pages and promotional offers.
- Design and lead 360 regional campaigns spanning paid digital, organic, creator/KOL, PR, offline events and partner enablement.
Performance & growth marketing:
- Lead regional acquisition and funnel optimization.
- Design lifecycle campaigns, reactivation flows and bonus/promotion mechanics.
- Build co-marketing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box assets.
Brand & offline presence:
- Plan and execute regional participation in major expos and host VIP seminars and partner dinners.
- Manage relationships with regional financial portals, business news outlets and trading-focused YouTubers/Telegram operators.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring all PR activity respects local advertising rules.
