Job Description
A DevOps Engineer in Insider is responsible for Insider's technological well-being and has a lasting and profound impact on the Development Lifecycle. This role leads all phases of distribution operations, including the development and automation of solutions for site availability. Further responsibilities include developing internal solutions and applying best practices to improve and automate site reliability; supporting and developing continuous delivery and integration practices with the development team, improving communication between development and operations teams, correcting errors in previous stages of development, creating analytical tools to provide actionable insights into application performance, efficiency and quality, analyzes code reviews to dynamically improve apps and ensure projects are completed on time, keeps our core and revenue-critical services and applications fast, stable, reliable and accessible, scales and protects our platform cloud infrastructure.
The company is seeking someone with hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud (Kubernetes, S3, RDS, ELB, ECS, Elastic Cache) and a solid understanding of security applications, deployment experience in Terraform or Terragrunt with AWS, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud, comfortable configuring and supporting Linux-based servers and applications, familiar with Git and Git Branching models, solid knowledge of networking, VPCs, Security Groups, and can troubleshoot any type of network traffic, in-depth knowledge of designing, building and maintaining CI and CD data lines, good knowledge of Docker technologies, experience in the distribution of a wide variety of software products for testing, staging and manufacturing systems, ready to participate in On-Call rotations, plus AWS, Google Cloud or Huawei Cloud certificate.
